La red Solana ofrece una soluci\u00f3n escalable, muy segura y lo m\u00e1s descentralizada posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda de Solana ha sido desarrollada especialmente para tener una capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n y respuesta como ninguna otra blockchain. Fundado en 2017 por Anatoly Yakovenko, Solana propone crear un nuevo sistema de verificaciones llamada Proof of History (PoH), dicho sistema permite que la red Solana pueda soportar miles de transacciones por segundo. La red fue lanzada en 2020 y actualmente funciona en su versi\u00f3n o fase Beta. Es normal que por encontrarnos en fase beta, la red est\u00e9 expuesta a una posible presencia de bugs y errores, convirti\u00e9ndolo en una posible desventaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de la red Solana, como en cualquier otra blockchain, tenemos el token SOL, siendo este un token de utilidad, necesario para el pago de comisiones de transacciones y poder interactuar con los contratos inteligentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un corto plazo, Solana se ha convertido en un digno competidor de la red ethereum. Su velocidad y rendimiento han ayudado a que en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o hayan  aumentado las criptomonedas y proyectos DeFi que utilizan la como su Layer 1.
